We've seen them on the streets asking the infamous questions "Do you have spare change?", "Do you have (amount noted) I could borrow?" and the most often.. "Spare change?".

We just hate people who panhandle us because we don't stop and ask "Are you going to pay back the money that I gave you? NO! So stop panhandling me or I will report you to the police on the charge for panhandling."

If you run into a panhandler, please either walk away or call local law enforcement immediately. (Effective April 27, 2014 9:00 PM PT)
